Cat Scratch Fever is the common name for Benign Lymphoreticulosis. It is also known as Cat Scratch Disease (CSD). It is a zoonotic disease - a (most likely) bacterial disease passed from animal (cat) to human. Children and immunocompromised people are most at risk.
