A "Chinese Crested" is a breed of dog.
Chinese Crested
dogs are small -- usually between 11 and 13 inches at the shoulder. And they
are hairless! They have tufts of hair on their head, legs and tail. There is
also a non-hairless type of Chinese Crested, called a Powderpuff. This is a
