Post Spay Surgery Complications in Dog

CLAIRE_007 asks: "I have a 7 month old Newfie (Newfoundland) who was spayed almost 3 weeks ago. The surgery went well and she was OK for the first 3 days post-op, then she started to not wanted to move around and wouldn't eat, so I took her to the vet 7 days post-op. They did blood tests and xrayed the spay site, all where normal, she had a temp of 40.2C. They suspected internal suture reaction and hoped that it would resolve..."
