Grade Point Average (GPA) Too High?

PATHBRD asks: "There was a small animal vet that spoke to people at our school yesterday and she said that she read that vet schools are not accepting people with 4.0 GPAs because there is "something wrong with them." She said if you do have a 4.0 you should try to get a B in at least one class and aim for a GPA closer to 3.8-3.9. Granted, it's unlikely that I will still have my 4.0 when I graduate but, has anyone else heard anything along this lines? Seems a little backwards to me..."
