I am disabled and with my conditions he knows when I'm having a bad day he will come and cuddle in to me. He's still very affectionate the only time I don't like him which isn't his fault is when he's being very vocal due to feline demenia. Especially early hours of a morning but I have found a way that brings him out of it. It doesnt always work and then I have two give him a nudge when he's in a good mood if I can't decide what clothes to put on I ask him to pick for me he either puts his paws on a item or touches it or gets on which item he wants me to wear.

Other Pets

We have got 5 other cats and 1 dog and they all get on, but they don't like it when he's being vocal due ti the dementia and he is the only one. The dog will share her food with she won't let any of the others share her food she growls at them'

Advice

  • If your cat had a different name like mine, started out as Ginger then he got changed to Snaggles ell snaggs. Mostly I find if I call him Ginger that tends to bring him out when he's being vocal due to the dementia. If that doesn't work I just go down to him and sometimes me just seeing me brings him out of it.
