Additional comments about this food

My cats love it, and the older cat is praised at our annual vet visits for having teeth in great shape. (The kitten hasn't been to the vet yet.) The vet says the T/D is doing its job.

My Review

I would definitely recommend T/D to cat owners as at least one of the foods to feed their pet. The big, round morsels help break down tartar. The food also has a great taste that cats love. I mix my T/D with a couple other foods for various other health concerns (hairballs, weight, urinary tract health), but I think it can also be used as a stand-alone food. The food is a bit costly, but I think it is worth it if it avoids major dental problems later in the cat's life.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

Yes

Kudos for being proactive on your cat's dental health. A healthy mouth is important for overall health, keeping your cat comfortable in the senior years.
