My favorite thing about this retailer 

I can't pick just one favorite thing! Explain: 

Drs. Foster and Smith has everything from crates for giant dogs to a fully stocked pet pharmacy, for which a script is needed from one's local veterinarian for many items.

I got hooked on this store while living and working in greater Milwaukee and have stuck with them.

My favorite pet product they offer 

Up until my current dog, their dog beds. Maeve Dog is not a dog bed kind of bitch. She'd rather sleep on the bare metal floor of her crate, on a carpet or on the linoleum in the bathroom.

My favorite customer service experience 

The catalog sales department was out of a toy I really wanted, so the woman with whom I was dealing told me to hold, walked into the retail store, found it and finished my order.

My Review 

The pros include an excellent selection for dogs,cats, birds and many exotic pets.

The negative is that they carry their own brand of dog food, which is high quality and I will feed, but do not include some super premiums such as Taste of the Wild. Oh well, that's cheaper to buy at Tractor Supply anyway because of shipping charges.
