Very Good:
- Always remembers me, my pet, and personal information (she would ask how my college applications were going, how one of my other pets was doing since she had last come in with an ear infection, how my Mom is, and would always chat a little before the exam.
- Along the same line, she is very personal. Surgery reports would come back with little red hearts drawn on them and a message that said "Tiffany was very sweet!" Or she made sure that my puppy always had a pink cast when her bandages were changed.
- She is very knowledgable.
Good:
- Very professional-looking office.
- Aesthetically-pleasing office, with a lot of thought put into design (William Wegman fabric in the waiting room, for example).
- Large time blocks for exams, which allowed for all questions to be answered and low wait times.
Bad:
- Long wait times for non-appointments (admitting to surgery, blood samples, etc.).
- Can be difficult to get a good appointment time on short notice.
Very Bad:
- Huge hospital, so a mistake in my computer records took a lot of phone calls and chasing down the right people to talk, as well as re-scheduled appointments.
