This dog is sporting a Lion Clip, with the muzzle and hindquarters shaved close to the skin. There is a tuft of hair at the tail. The other acceptable clip is the Retriever Clip, leaving an even length of haircoat all over the body no longer than 1-inch long. The tail is left at full length.
