Viewer Viewpoint -Thunderphobia Eased

Our 10 year old standard poodle has been plagued (and so have we!) with thunderphobia since she was about two years old. Finally, we have discovered something that really eases her response - the "Anxiety Wrap" - it is basically a swaddling garment that miraculously offers our beloved beast real comfort. It's not l00 percent effective - i.e., she registers awareness that the thunder is there by climbing up into a chair! BUT, she can be encouraged to simply lie down during the storm, she doesn't tremble any more, and we see improvement each time we use this item. It was created by a woman who is an authority on the Tellington Touch - I'm sorry I have lost the literature on the Anxiety Wrap - but it can be found on line. I am so pleased to be able to finally offer comfort to my dog - wish I'd found this item years ago.
