BELLS ON CAT COLLARS HARMFUL?
"Could anyone tell me if there is any documented information
about bells on collars causing psychological/behavioural
problems in some cats?" Mary

IS CORAL SPAWN DANGEROUS TO DOGS?
"We live on the Coral Coast...40 kilometres off the Great Barrier
Reef in Australia. It is starting to warm up here now and the sea
is as warm as a bath at times. Because of this the coral has started
to spawn (which STINKS btw) However having Labradors they of course
just love the water (probably even more cos it is smelly at the moment)
but suddenly whilst they were romping yesterday I began to wonder if
the spawn might be harmful to them...should I not take them down there
during this time, or should I continue with their seaside outings?

PRE-VET PROBLEMS
"I have had an "internship" with the local small vet in my town. But
it was really pointless. I never saw any of the vets, I never saw any
procedures or any appointments. They stuck me in the back and made me
clean cages for no money. It wasn't so bad, I got to be the one to feed
the dogs so they -- the dogs-- loved me. I really wanted to do a little
bit of everything but I've ended up doing a lot of nothing. JOANOFARC33
