Rescue Cat Qualifies for Delta Society Pet Partners

Casper, a senior "special needs" cat that was in foster care, has been recognized along with his human partner as the 165th cat team to serve as a Delta Society Pet-Partner. This is quite an accomplishment, on many levels! Pet-Partners is service arm of the Delta Society; promoting the emotional and mental health benefits of pet visits for people in nursing homes and hospitals. There are over 7,000 animal-human teams registered, but only 165 of them are cats. Cheers to Casper!
