Programs For People Who Can't Afford A Vet Bill?

BUTRFLYSARA asks: "I've seen this post a lot, and was wondering if any one knew of any programs that can help people with vet bills? I need to get my little kitty to the vet, and it is so expensive that I fear going. I know the Humane Society does help sometimes, and I know of some programs that help people spay and neuter animals, but I need to know of some that help with the vet bills or hospitals that do? Any ideas?"
