Royal Canin Initiates Voluntary Pet Food Recall
Friday April 20, 2007
In this press release to their customers, Royal Canin is recalling several of their premium dry dog foods and one cat dry dog food because they contain rice protein concentrate. The company stresses that they have no confirmed cases of illness in pets, but are recalling these products "due to the presence of a melamine derivative."
