Melamime Found in Cat Foods not on the Recall List

As reported by Cats Guide Franny Syufy, veterinarians in Marin County, California have determined that one of their patients was sickened by melamine found in Nutro Max Cat Gourmet Classics canned cat food. Thankfully, the cat has recovered.

The contaminated food varieties are reported to be:

  • Chicken Cacciatore, UPC 79105352055
  • California Chicken Supreme, UPC 79105300117
  • Lamb & Turkey Cutlets, UPC 79105300148
