We use Avimark and have for a long time. It is very user friendly and the possibilites of the system are endless. They send regular updates to stay a step ahead. I would highly recommend this system.
We have had Cornerstone in our clinic for years & it is still not completely set up! Learning this system can be a full-time job if you’d really like to utilize it to the fullest. Support is very nice but this system is huge & they are frequently stumped by questions, lots of kinks to work out. It isn’t hard to use if you’re familiar with windows, I’ve heard Avimark is much easier to get going.

We have AviMark now and there are so many bugs. We hate it
We utilize Avimark and are very happy with it but we are merger with another practice who uses Cornerstone and want to switch so that both practices are on the same software. Idexx sells Cornerstone as complete integration while Avimark is certainly easier to use and learn. We are also going paperless which can have an impact on our decision. Would appreciate any further comments!
