23 Dogs Dead and 18 Dogs Ill From Contaminated Food

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued an alert for pet owners in several states who may have purchased contaminated pet food products from Diamond Pet Food company. The pet food in question has been contaminated with a potent toxin called Aflatoxin. Aflatoxin is a by-product of the growth of the fungus Aspergillus flavus, on corn and other crops.
