Bark Control Collar

Almost everyone has had to deal with a barking dog at one time or another -- either their own or the neighbors! Do you have any tips for this viewer regarding "bark control"?

HMLEE216 asks: "I was thinking about getting an Ultra Sonic Bark Control and I was wondering if anyone had ever tried one and how it worked. I have 4 dogs and I live in an apartment right now and they bark all the time. I am worried about my neighbors getting mad. Has anyone had any luck with one or do you have any suggestions?"
