Vacation Time

Tuesday September 21, 2004
GENKEEPER asks: "Once you have been a vet for a number of years, generally how many weeks do you get off a year? I love to travel, and that is one thing that is worrying me about going in to vet school -- that as a vet I won't be able to travel. How easy would it be to take a month off to go travel? (Some of that can be non-paid time off.) Does your commitment to you clients make it difficult to take 3-4 weeks off?"
