Extra Anesthetic Risks for Pomeranians?

BSEWCUTE asks: "I need help! I scheduled my Pom, Sandy, to be spayed in about a week. I was going to also have some puppy teeth removed that haven't fallen out. I just read an article that says most incidents of death under anesthesia in Poms are from more than one procedure being done while under, such as spaying and teeth cleaning. Now I am even more paranoid to put her under. Should I cancel the teeth pulling for another time?"
