Back to School - Freshman Questions

BUTTERFLYKY asks: "It is good to know I'm not the only one with vet questions! I am 17 and beginning college at FSU this fall. I was planning to go into nursing, but remembered what I've always wanted to do... be a vet. I honestly believe that it is the only career I could be 100% happy with in life. I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what classes I should take first-year and what kind of volunteering or working I should do. Thanks for any help!"
